Balsamic Vodka Soda
1.5 oz. each good vodka and soda water
2 t. Olive Mill White Lemon or White Peach Balsamic
Fill highball glass with ice. In cocktail shaker add vodka, water and Balsamic. Shake and taste. Pour into glass and garnish with fresh mint.
