July Recipe of the Month
The perfect bright and fresh summer salad!
AVOCADO CUCUMBER TOMATO SALAD
1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 English cucumber, sliced into half moons
½ medium red onion, sliced
2 avocados ripe, chopped
2 T. THE OLIVE MILL DILL LEMON OIL
2 T. THE OLIVE MILL WHITE CUCUMBER LEMON BALSAMIC
½ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and avocados to a large bowl. In a medium bowl, add the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Stir gently and serve immediately.
Garlic Lemon Sauce (Bonus Recipe)
Add to your favorite fish, vegetable or chicken dish as a seasoning.
4 T. lemon juice, from about 2 lemons
½ cup THE OLIVE MILL DILL LEMON OIL
1 pinch salt
1 clove garlic, minced or sliced
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for a few seconds until thick and creamy.
