Romaine & Orange Salad
2 T. OLIVE MILL Blood Orange olive oil
1 T. lime juice
1 small garlic, clove, minced
¾ t. sugar
1/8 t. salt
½ t. grated lime peel
6 cups torn romaine
½ cup sliced red onion
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
In a small bowl, whisk first 6 ingredients. In a large bowl, combine romaine and onion. Drizzle with dressing. Top with oranges and serve.
