Orange Chicken Stir-Fry
1 cup orange juice
1 T. granted orange zest
¼ cup soy sauce
1 t. salt
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 T. brown sugar
3 T. OLIVE MILL Sesame oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1” cubes
2 T. flour
1 cup bean sprouts, optional
6 oz. chow mein noodles
In a small bowl combine juice, zest, soy sauce, salt garlic and brown sugar. Mix well. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add chicken. Sauté until cooked through. Add orange sauce mixture to chicken and cook until sauce starts to boil. Add flour slowly until sauce chickens. Add bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute; serve hot over noodles.
